1. Use of Services

You may use WingCheck only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations, including FAA, EASA, and other aviation regulatory requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all applicable airworthiness and maintenance regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you submit to WingCheck. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Limitation of Liability

WingCheck provides predictive analytics and maintenance recommendations as decision-support tools. All maintenance decisions remain the responsibility of qualified aviation maintenance personnel.WingCheck Aerospace Inc. shall not be liable for any maintenance decisions made based on platform outputs.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

WingCheck Aerospace Inc. ("WingCheck", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly (name, email, organization, fleet data) and information generated through your use of the platform (sensor data, maintenance records, usage analytics).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, generate predictive maintenance insights, produce compliance documentation, communicate with you about your account, and ensure platform security.

Data Security

We implement AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, and maintain SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure. On-premise deployment is available for organizations with additional security requirements.

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@wingcheck.app.
